The SFA: Extra Time programme provides free activity & meals to children who need it the most in the North of Glasgow. This programme runs after school, providing disaffected parents to have access to childcare.
This programme runs between Petershill Park & local schools Elmvale & Balornock Primary school, helping to tackle poverty in the the North of Glasgow.

“The Extra Time project was a great session to be a part of, working in partnership with Elmvale and Balornock Primary it was a brilliant club. Providing childcare until 6pm allowed parents to continue with work and kids got a hot meal at the end of each day. Personally it was one of my favourite programmes to work on”

This after-school club has enabled me to return to work,. I just hope it continues, as I am unsure of my future. I need this club so I can go to work and provide for my family, to pay mortgage and car. I rely on it so much!”
